We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our 68 and 240 unit Senior Communities, Vintage Chateau I & II, located in Petaluma, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule. Some flexibility will be required to accommodate the occasional need to work overtime, weekends, and for on-call maintenance emergencies. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience, $32 per hour. The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to reside at the Community to meet USA Multifamily Management Inc.'s legal obligation to provide on-site maintenance personnel. An on-site 2 bedroom apartment will be provided at no charge.
