Being a General Laborer, Sr. assembles and disassembles machines, tools, and other work-related equipment. Assists engineers and a variety of other functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Additionally, General Laborer, Sr. may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The General Laborer, Sr. works under moderate supervision. To be trained and be able to perform Multiple duties as well as operate machines and work independently.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
1) Must be able to read blueprints and understand detailed work instructions. Must possess attention to detail. Will float to multiple departments as needed (Cutoff, Deburr, Brazing, Bending, End-Forming, Shipping/Receiving). Must be able to understand Rising Star Hydraulics’ cover / set-up data sheet.
Will train interested applicants.
Minimum age: 18
Full benefits after probation for full time employees, employer pays 100% of employee’s health insurance.
