General Laborer, Sr. jobs in Hilo, HI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a warehouse and plant environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate power tools, assemble and fabricate materials, and utilize forklifts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Assemble and fabricate materials according to specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Skills:
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to assemble and fabricate materials accurately
- Knowledge of power tools and their safe usage
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in construction and manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
