    We are looking for a Territory Account Manager who will be hands-on in customer engagement to meet and exceed company goals through selling our three service offerings: Cylinder Exchange Program, onsite Rapid Recovery Service, and National Consolidation. In this role, you will onboard new customer accounts and act as the face of A-Gas within: Northwest WA, OR, ID, MT, WY

    Primary Place of Work

    WFH with travel to A-Gas sites, customer locations, suppliers, or other sites as required. This position will require at least 25% travel within the assigned territory.


    Day in the Life

    The Territory Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers and achieving a budget within our refrigerant gas service and acquisition network.

    This is a hybrid role where a percentage of time will be spent making phone calls/email/virtual meetings in home office and in the field selling in face-to-face meetings. You will achieve budget by acquiring new customers via phone and customer visits while partnering with the field service teams to maximize current business to meet gas acquisition and service revenue goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meets or exceeds the monthly goal of gas acquired and service revenue within the refrigerant gas service network via high
    • volume contact model of new and existing customers primarily through phone contact
    • Responsible for new customer acquisition and calling on New Business, Accounts set up but who haven't purchased in over 1
    • year (Retention) and Current accounts we have opportunity to grow
    • Utilize Salesforce CRM to capture and track key activity
    • Engage and coordinate with local Field Services Manager to onboard customers and schedule upcoming jobs and services
    • Creates and executes a sales strategy to attract new customers and expand opportunities
    • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from others
    • A passionate seller who builds relations with individuals and organizations
    • Excellent persuasion skills and ability to spot new opportunities
    • Perform market assessments, competitor analyses, and pricing strategies
    • Develop a call schedule to adequately cover the territory
    • Involved in bi-weekly /weekly meetings with the Field Service Manager to optimize and execute strategy and attainment of budget

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree preferred with sales experience, or 3 years previous sales experience in lieu of degree.
    • Commission based on Tiered program to budget
    • 1 years travel in multi-city/state area
    • Availability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours
    • Proven Sales ability
    • Must be able to thrive in an environment of a high volume of outbound calls
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Responsible for managing their own time effectively, identifying possible barriers to getting the work done, and seeking
    • support when needed
    • Ability to work quickly, both independently and collaboratively
    • Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; May be acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
    • May apply some independent judgment
    • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record required
