Summary
As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll oversee a team of Supply Chain professionals. Responsibilities include procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics management.
Primary Responsibilities
Managing and developing the supply chain team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
Analyzing supply chain regularly to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
Developing and implementing efficient workflow vs and supply chain strategics that align with company objectives and goals.
Monitoring supplier performance and managing relationships with key vendors.
Requirements:
Possess knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have an in-depth comprehension of supply chain processes, including sourcing, procuren1ent, production planning, and logistics.
Proven ability to oversee teams, complex processes, or complex programs.
Have excellent communication and problem- solving skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Ability to set and manage goals, allocate resources, and make high quality, timely decisions.
