The purpose of the position is to provide an advanced level of management for project development, project execution for operation of natural gas facilities including ROW clearing, painting, fencing and other projects to support field operations.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
Responsible for maintaining project budget, schedule, contractor and team interactions.
Ensure that business, technical, safety, environmental, operational, financial and scheduling objectives are met for assigned projects.
Manage project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between contractors, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations and marketing functions.
Manage resources, team member workload, right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, tech services and construction and keeping within budget considerations.
Conduct and facilitate the project review process for the team.
Provide technical input to assist in development of project planning.
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Ensure communication links are maintained with project team, project sponsors, project control, facility owners and operators.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience. (Typically six years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor’s degree.)
Eight or more years experience in project management, technical services, or construction of facilities with a minimum of three year experience in a lead role in project management function in a technical field.
Advanced project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Has a high level of innovation, creativity and ingenuity in situations calling for originality and inventive approaches. Consistently produces high quality work products, implements innovations, and meets or exceeds project schedules and cost expectations.
Teamwork skills to work with others in the department and with external customers to benefit the department and the organization.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prepare clear, concise, timely and complete written reports.
Broad knowledge of company functions (regulatory, financial, marketing, market services, operations, gas control, etc.).
