- This role performs work within the mining parts aftermarket business, working with Client dealers and mining customers to evaluate, plan and execute approved Fleet Rebuild Management programs. Collaborates with internal multi-functional Client groups including product support & logistics, product groups, commercial teams, and supply chain functions to support dealer rebuild efforts. Defines and orchestrates the work for assigned programs.
Typical task breakdown:
- Coordinates work across Client and Client dealer multi-functional resources, including supply chain planning, operations, logistics, S&OP and also interacts with Client mining customers on a global basis.
- Works with supply chain partners to investigate and improve delivery of constrained parts and components and may get involved in resolving supplier issues using root cause and corrective action (RCCA) to improve material flow.
- Supports the identification of alternative sources for material and expediting the flow of material from these additional sources.
- Identifies and escalates roadblocks to a Governance Committee and prepare communication materials.
- The incumbent must be willing to flex work hours to accommodate meetings scheduled in international time zones including a mix of in-office and remote work.
- Moderate travel may be required (< 25%) to visit and facilitate on-site planning workshops at regional Client and dealer locations globally.

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or a related field
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, familiarity with BI tools.
- APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired

- Thorough understanding of Client company policies and procedures, especially those with supplier impact is desired.
