GIS Supervisor jobs in Wyoming

Duties:

• Compile geographic information in the form of satellite images, geographical surveys, and aerial photographs.
• Research and verify geographic data.
• Enter new data into GIS database.
• Create maps using advanced computer software.
• Ensure maps are annotated and compiled with the correct information.
• Compile reports using all available GIS and GPS data sources.
• Maintain GIS databases and troubleshoot data issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Geography Information Science or similar field.
• Understanding of Integrated GPS and GIS principals.
• Strong computer and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-starter and eager to learn about the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
