The Clinical Associate role at PATTERNS is a mid-tier supervisory role to a variety of approved insurance-based funding sources. All Associates must work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position allows for the accumulation of unrestricted hours of fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates. Clinical Associates are responsible for assisting the assigned clinician with an identified caseload in a defined clinic or region.
