Experience navigating ArcGIS Pro and Indiana County GIS systems. The ideal candidate will analyze real estate transfer documents, easements, grants, leases, R/W engineering plans, and surveys to determine their location and how INDOT acquired the title to prepare for orthorectifying parcels.
Education
Associate degree or GIS Certificate, Land Surveying, Geography, Cartography, Right-of-Way or a related field and minimum two years of experience using ArcGIS Pro. Relevant work experience and/or training may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in use of GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro or similar software
• Intermediate knowledge of ArcGIS Pro to compile, manipulate, and refine geospatial data.
• Understanding of tracking processes in ArcGIS Pro
• Familiarity with Indiana County GIS Systems ( WTH, Elevate, Beacon)
