Role and Responsibilities
Provide GIS-related support functions for projects and organizational tasks.
Create, update, organize, and maintain GIS data and mapping.
Operate GPS location equipment.
Project Support: Assist in various projects across departments, providing support in research, analysis, and documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the intricacies of our projects and contribute to team discussions.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data relevant to ongoing projects, providing insights and recommendations.
Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties related to ongoing projects.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Enrolled in a higher education degree program related to geography, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive and self-motivated individuals who can take initiative and contribute innovative ideas.
Proficiency in ESRI suite.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Notes
Could potentially assist with Asset management, Field Work, & Lead Service Line Applications.
