Being a Furniture Finisher may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Furniture Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Traveling Retail Décor & Signage Finisher
Description
A Traveling Retail Décor and Signage Finisher is responsible for the on-site installation of signage and décor for our retail partners across the country.
This role requires basic site survey skills, the ability to read and interpret engineering spec sheets and installation instructions, familiarity with hand-tools, power tools and hardware, and a positive attitude.
When not assigned to an install, this team member will assist as needed in Manufacturing departments under the oversight of the Manufacturing Director.
The Finisher must be able to travel nationally for weeks at a time and work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility of scheduling to ensure operational success.
This includes, but is not limited to, day shifts, night shifts and / or weekend shifts. This team member is a full-time employee of Rainbow Sign & Design and Decorworx.
The Finisher reports to the Install Director.
