Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional service to customers.

Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Provide information about products, pricing, and promotions
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow-up on leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, and totals
- Experience with cash registers and POS systems
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Ability to manage stock levels effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse customers
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of successful sales
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for effective communication
- Prior experience in retail sales, especially jewelry sales, is preferred
