    What We Need

    Stride is excited to bring on a talented and driven Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing and monitoring the product development process for our largest product line. Their duties include roadmap maintenance, delivery date tracking, and interfacing with the development team on behalf of the Product Manager. This position reports to the Senior Product Manager with an opportunity for continuous growth and development.

    What You'll Do
    • Support the Company strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization
    • Act as a user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders and align all development activity with business goals and priorities
    • Manage the setup of new programs, working cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, partnerships, and operations to ensure successful implementation.
    • Conduct thorough product quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure that new features and enhancements meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
    • Manage a balanced product development process that champions passion and team pride and incentivizes the right behaviors that ensure we reach our vision.
    • Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement), working day-to-day with the scrum team(s) to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed
    • Work with the Sales and Partnerships teams to answer client questions and create support collateral


    What You'll Need
    • 2 years of experience in a product management or product owner role, preferably in a regulatory or compliance-focused environment.
    • Strong understanding of product quality assurance (QA) processes and methodologies, with experience in testing web-based applications.
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, particularly in the fintech or financial services industry.
    • Ability to quickly ramp up in a new industry and develop a deep understanding of complex products and regulatory landscapes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and drive resolution.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant products that meet customer needs.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in product management or regulatory compliance are a plus.

    $85,000 - $110,000 a year
    The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge, ranging between $85,000 to $110,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, we offer an attractive equity component as part of our compensation package, providing an opportunity for eligible employees to share in the success and growth of our company.
