The Account Manager meets established sales goals in promoting our legal specific financial proprietary products to practicing personal injury attorneys and their clients for the Dallas territory. Our company is an established name in the legal financial field which is considered a recession proof industry. The Account Manager will be supported in this initiative with tools and promotional resources designed to have high local impact. The successful professional will achieve sales goals and demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory.

Job Type: Generous commission with base

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

• Experience managing a territory in a B2B environment.
• NO COLD CALLING
• Very Generous Base Plus Residual Pay Structure
• On Target Earnings range 100k-250k (Easily Achievable)
• Outstanding customer service experience required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Strong track record of success.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to understand underwriting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting quota on assigned accounts within the territory on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
• Run preset appointments
• Communicate with main office and underwriter daily.
• Develop strong relationships with law offices.
• Based on assigned territory goals, be able to develop a call plan for the week/quarter ahead, and work with the Sales Manager to review and agree to final plan.
• Responsible for delivering in office sales presentations to attorneys.
• Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge.
• Where applicable, assist in the management of complications at assigned accounts.
• Proactively communicate on a daily basis; provide regular updates on accounts, and customer situations.
• Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company.
• Prospecting using provided sources and taking initiative using LinkedIn, other social media platforms, etc.
• Find and develop prospects by heavy networking, referrals, business development through support organizations, and Centers of Influence.
• Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Salesforce CRM, Excel, PowerPoint required.
• Experience with Ringcentral program a plus.
• Agree to a background check if chosen.
• Comply with all company and HR policies.

Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive as well as transportation to drive within Dallas and surrounding areas.
