Front Desk Receptionist / Office Manager
Hiring for Waterloo, Iowa office.
Must be an excellent typist, be proficient with Microsoft Office products, and have excellent phone skills.
Primary responsibilities:
1. Answer multi-line phone system courteously and route calls to appropriate attorney or legal assistant based on the caller's needs;
2. Working with vendors to schedule office repairs and ordering of supplies
3. Maintaining orderly filing system for bills and other sensitive client documents
4. High computer proficiencies including typing, MS office suite, and use of cloud based software to enter client information and maintain office calendar.
5. Pick up and drop off of mail in the morning and afternoon from Waterloo PO box.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
