Front Office Manager Assistant - Casino jobs in Urbandale, IA

A fast paced and growing West Des Moines chiropractic office is looking to add a part time front desk assistant. This person must be outgoing, professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent customer service, computer and telephone skills. Must be interested in the health and wellness field. We are looking for team players who enjoy working with others and interacting with many different people on a regular basis. Previous front desk experience in a healthcare office is preferred.

Duties include:

• Greet pts by name/manage pt flow
• Schedule/confirm/reschedule pt appts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google preferred
• Assist in patient education
• Organize office workload and manage busy reception area
• General office duties including opening office, answering phones, data entry, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, filing, organizing, and light cleaning

13-25 hours per week daytime hours
