Overview

Taylor Orthodontics has an opening for a Front Office Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator. We provide a working environment like no other orthodontic office you have ever seen! We offer all this and a compensation package that includes health insurance plans, PTO, and a 401k.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
• Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
• Open to cross training other office duties
• Able to take direction from other staff members as well as the doctor
• Able to direct questions and needs of patients to proper staff members
• Support other staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities
• Able to travel a couple times a month to remote offices
• Responsible for receiving and mailing out patient appliances
• Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office
• Assist with other office duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

• Prior front office experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Highly effective verbal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professionalism in all aspects of the job
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic, energetic, hard-working, self-motivated, organized and ready to learn
