    We are looking for Front Office Assistant / Office Coordinator (all genders) (Part-time min. 20 hrs/week) for our team!
     
    Responsibility:
     
    • General administrative tasks (mail processing, telephone service, reception, etc.)
    • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, or customers with a positive and professional demeanor
    • Organization of office documents in different categories
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
    • Support in bookkeeping/procurement / annual audit-related topics
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and order replenishments when necessary
    • Communication with colleagues and building superintendent regarding office needs
    • Communication with internal and external contacts on a national and international level
    • Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance when necessary
    • Help with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or visitors as needed
     
    Education & Experience:
     
    • Business Administration, Economics or related studies, or Apprenticeship 
    • First experience in administrative and organizational activities
    • Finance-related knowledge is preferred
     
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
     
    • Advanced English and German language skills
    • Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
    • Detail-orientated mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills
