These roles ensure members receive top-notch customer service and membership experience is nothing short of amazing. This includes managing staff productivity and positivity, handling disciplinary matters with care, or coordinating trainings to keep our team at the top of their game.
The Assistant Gym Manager title is reserved for a Gym Manager in training. Within six months, they're expected to master the ins and outs of managing tasks overhead and meet our high-performance standards.

Job Hazards
This position is exposed to airborne chalk, dust and cleaning supplies. Other hazards include falling while providing instruction or demonstration and trips and falls caused by obstacles on the ground such as ropes and climbing gear and slippery surfaces after they have been cleaned.
