Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest services
- Train and supervise front office staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct night audits as needed to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including phone systems and reservation software
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred
