The award-winning DoubleTree by Hilton Milwaukee Downtown is seeking a self starter to help manage our very busy Front Desk and Valet department. The right candidate must be a hands-on working manager with hotel experience and the proven ability to provide exceptional guest service, handle problems and complaints, and supervise a staff of 30 employees. This is a full-time position in which the hours are days and evenings to including weekends. We are looking for someone who can work as a team in partnership with other department heads to ensure the hotel runs efficiently and that the best possible service is delivered to our guests. This individual must lead by example and must enjoy working in hospitality and servicing guests. Leadership and training ability as well as superior customer service skills are also a must for this position.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
