Stone Arch Law Office, PLLC is a busy estate planning law firm in Southwest Minneapolis. We are seeking a qualified full-time Front Office Assistant to join our team. Because this position serves as the first point of contact for the firm, the ideal applicant will have excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills. For many of the clients, this is the first time they have ever contacted an attorney, so enthusiasm, positivity, and a very detail-oriented personality are important. Providing an outstanding client experience is incredibly important to us. We are looking for a Front Office Assistant who genuinely wants to help people and can make clients feel welcome and at ease.
