    Custom Engineered Wheels (CEW) is a manufacturing company with headquarters located in Baldwyn, Mississippi that has a support manufacturing site in Reynosa, Mexico. CEW focuses on bringing customer product solutions to OEMs.

    This is currently achieved by internal manufacturing processes comprising of Thermoplastic Injection Molding, Lost Core Injection Molding and Polyurethane Spin Cast Molding. Currently the majority of CEW sales are in the Lawn & Garden business segment with the Medical, Industrial and Bicycle markets also being supported. While Lawn & Garden is and will always be a major part of our business with opportunities for continued growth, CEW is looking to expand our sales volume into other markets to improve our market and customer diversification.

    As part of that strategy for growth outside of Lawn & Garden, CEW has identified the need to supplement our management team by adding the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to focus on that specific effort.

    Job Summary

    This position will enter and pay vendor invoices, answer phone calls and questions from vendors as well as address any vendor payment concerns. Execute essential job duties with sufficient diligence to keep Custom Engineered Wheels off credit hold by vendors to ensure the free flow of necessary goods and services to the company.

    Essential Job Duties

    · Entering invoices into the software system (Epicor)

    · Filing paid invoice vouchers alphabetically by payment date

    · Participate in the general phone coverage by answering and directing incoming calls

    · Assist with employee engagement activities

    · General office duties such as filing, organizing and cleaning

    · Complete high-priority daily reports for sales using excel

    · Support accounting close and other office projects as requested

    · Other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience

    · High school graduate or GED required. Associate business degree a plus.

    · Experience with a company with over 100 employees a plus.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    · Attention to detail to avoid duplicate errors in reporting

    · Wednesday and Thursday check runs critical attendance days

    · Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

    · Adept at using Microsoft Office software programs and learning new programs.

    · Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel to include graphing and pivot tables.
