We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively. We are seeking to expand our Aesthetic Services in this location with several new cutting edge technologies. opporturnity to increase comissions as our services grow.
Duties:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including ordering office supplies and coordinating maintenance services
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of office phone systems
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Perform general clerical duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in training development is a plus
