Insurance Coordinator with dental experience responsible for working with insurance companies verifying patient benefits, making appointments, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Also following up on non-paid insurance claims, writing narratives, posting payments made by patients and monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Collect, verify, and manage patient's dental insurance benefits and claims, also enter patient's and insurance data into the appropriate management system and possess meticulous attention to detail. Also, on some days may need to assistant in the back.

This person is reliable and should have strong communication skills and good time management skills. A good attitude is also without question a must, we strive to provide the best dental care possible for our patients and this is something that is essential for achieving our goal.
