Insurance Coordinator with dental experience responsible for working with insurance companies verifying patient benefits, making appointments, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Also following up on non-paid insurance claims, writing narratives, posting payments made by patients and monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Collect, verify, and manage patient's dental insurance benefits and claims, also enter patient's and insurance data into the appropriate management system and possess meticulous attention to detail. Also, on some days may need to assistant in the back.
