As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls and support the conference room for corporate/group meetings, offering beverages and refreshments, light clerical duties like making copies and handling documents and pens.

• 1 year of work experience in the hospitality field.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Schedule:

• Shift: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM TO 4:30 PM

Duties:

• Greet visitors/guests -validate against guest list, provide badge, parking validation as necessary
• Serve as company concierge in regards to guests, clients, staff, providing tours of facilities, recommendations for hotels, restaurants, points of interest, etc.
• Assist with audio visual equipment for meetings.
• Schedule meeting rooms.
