We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Night Auditor. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all nightly front desk operations while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and guest folios to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and necessary departments
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, handling any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, making sure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with any administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with breakfast service in the morning, ensuring food and supplies are stocked and available to guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit position preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
