Front Desk Supervisor - Casino jobs in Layton, UT

We are looking for a fun Front Desk Agent who enjoys being around people and can converse easily with customers. Must have experience in Customer Service. We need a well-rounded person who is available for all types of shifts. This will not be a set schedule, however; the schedule is posted for the next month ahead of time. Position will be full time for the summer, again it will include days, evenings, weekends, and night audit shifts (as needed). A very fluctuating schedule.

We offer weekend differential pay and night audit differential pay which is $1 more per hour on Saturday and Sundays. Bonus and incentive pay programs set at hotel.

The front desk clerk is required to answer phone calls, make reservations, check in/out guests, able to sell rewards program to customers, able to manage cash drawer and reconcile your shift transactions, typing skills, literacy skills, quick thinker, problem solver, and very hospitable. Looking for a responsible, upbeat person with great personality.

The position is a full time through the summer.
