Duties:
- Supervise the front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Front Desk Supervisor works regular shifts at front desk, usually 3P-11P, and includes weekends.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Oversee the operation of phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
