Front Desk Manager - Casino manages front desk personnel for a casino and ensures quality customer service. Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Being a Front Desk Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Front Office Manager. The Front Desk Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Qualifications
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Key Gaming License. Math test required.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: Minimum of one year’s experience in a high volume, fast paced cashiering environment. Bank teller experience preferred.
Physical: Requires bending, finger dexterity, grasping, standing and/or walking for periods of up to four hours with no break; must be able to lift to 30 pounds, and must not be color blind.
