ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:

• AssistGuestswiththecheck-in/outprocessfortheHotelandLodge.

• RespondtoGuestrequests,complaints,orinquiries.

• Maintainworkingknowledgeofthepropertyaswellasspecialevents.

• Ensurethatthecheck-in/outprocess is handledinaccordancewithcompanypolicy.

• Supportguest messaging,switchboard,in-housetextmessagingservice,andreservation function.

• Maintainthorough knowledgeofHotelandLodge occupancy andinventory.

• Postroom,tax,andotherchargesto guests’accounts.

• Make, cancel, and reschedule reservations upon request.

• Conduct accurate cash, credit card, and voucher transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):

• Education: High School diploma, or Equivalent required.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be at least: 18 years of age.

• Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
