Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Being a Front Desk Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Front Office Manager. The Front Desk Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Duties:
Scheduling- Billing
- Credentialing
- Budgeting
- Ordering supplies
- Understanding the financial background of the office
- Marketing or handling public relations.
- Fulfilling a human resources role, including hiring and training staff
- Creating procedures for dealing with patients
- Overseeing staff
