Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of hotel operations and hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
