Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, cleaning work space, and assisting managers and supervisors as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. - Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night audit shifts as needed
