PT Summer Positition: Responsible for checking guests in and out. Upon guest’s arrival, ensures that all information is complete, including guest’s name, address, and method of payment. Validates method of payment upon guest’s arrival and departure. Performs cashier functions, ensuring that all charges are appropriately posted. Performs customer service functions at front desk including answering incoming and internal calls, directing callers to the appropriate guest or resort personnel and assisting guests with calling needs. Hands out towels, rents movies and recreation equipment, gives directions to areas attractions, etc.
