Come work at Days Inn Imlay City! We are looking to hire a Front Desk Clerk.

Seeking a qualified applicant for a part-time front desk clerk position.

Front Desk Clerk responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Checking guests in and out
• Respond to any guest concerns, complaints, requests, or emergencies
• Reconciling daily paperwork in a timely manner
• Answering phones
• Making reservations
• Scheduling guests wake up calls
• Preparing breakfast
• Cleaning public areas

Qualifications for a Front Desk Clerk:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Learn computer functions
• Ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience is preferred but not required

Nights, weekends and holidays are required.
