We’re looking for a Night Watch Receptionist with a compassionate mindset and a passion for helping seniors, and to ensure that our facility stays safe and secured thriugh out the night. A self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative. This team member loves caring for patients and knows how to develop lasting trust. Could this be you?

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests.
•  Answer and effectively triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
•  Comfortable with the computer and programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to assist with the handling of inquiry calls and tours.
•  Proper dress, conduct, professionalism is to be evident at all times.
•  Monitors the front lobby to ensure the safety and security of the community.
• Monitors the whole building by doing rounds every hour.
• Making sure that all doors are lopck by 9:00 PM
• Ensuring that no one that is not a resident come in to the building after visiting hours.

Qualifications:

•  High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•  Strong verbal and written communications skills
•  Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English language.
