FRONT DESK CLERK interacts with the customer to ensure that guest check-in, check-out, and billing are carried out efficiently. Answers questions about the facility's policies and services. Being a FRONT DESK CLERK makes advance reservations and handles special requests. Issues invoices and collects room fees. Additionally, FRONT DESK CLERK handles or appropriately escalates customer service issues. Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, cleaning work space, and assisting managers and supervisors as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The FRONT DESK CLERK works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Title: Receptionist – Mail Clerk
Part-Time: Work 4 to 5 days a week
Off days: Alternates between Sat & Sun and Sun & Mon
Flexibility on weekends required ~
Hours: 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Pay: $17/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $250 after 1 month
Retention Bonus: $600 after 6 months

WHO WE WANT
An organized and detail-oriented team player to help out with the sorting of mail, delivering mail, and providing friendly customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in MS Office applications, with fast data entry skills and an understanding of using printers, copiers and fax machines.

During work, you be will frequently be required to stand, walk, examine things, and clearly communicate. You must also be able to:
Regularly: lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts, exposed to moderate noise levels
Occasionally: lift and/or move above 25 pounds with the assistance from a co-worker and/or mechanical means.
