Fraud Prevention Manager jobs in Sparks, NV

We are actively seeking an Infection Prevention Manager who will be instrumental in implementing and overseeing our infection prevention and control program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the infection prevention and control program.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with national and state infection control standards and guidelines.
• Provide training and education to staff on infection prevention practices.
• Investigate and report infection outbreaks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop strategies for infection risk reduction.
• Review and update policies and procedures related to infection control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in infection control in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of epidemiology and infectious diseases.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
