Fraud Prevention Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the detection, prevention, and mitigation of fraudulent transactions. Develops cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Being a Fraud Prevention Manager approves and implements recommendations for process and procedure improvements. Reviews and implements best practices in the fraud prevention industry. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Manager ensures compliance with all relevant anti-fraud regulations and standards. Creates reports outlining trends, risks, and mitigation strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fraud Prevention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Fraud Prevention Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

    Position Summary

    The Infectious Disease Prevention Case Manager will provide behavioral risk assessments, care planning, referrals, re-evaluations, and discharge planning to individuals participating in the Infectious Disease Prevention programs.  Additionally this position will provide HIV/HCV/STI prevention education to the community, as well as HIV/HCV/STI antibody testing in community and office settings.   Staff are responsible for the implementation, evaluation, and reporting as required by funders.  Staff will seek and maintain productive partnerships with key stakeholders.   This position serves a multi-county region and the hours for this position are dependent on funding.

     

    Education/Experience/Requirements 

    • H.S. Diploma / GED Required. Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field preferred;  and some case management experience preferred
    • Basic knowledge of HIV, Hepatitis C, and Harm Reduction Principles highly preferred
    • Must have knowledge of and ability to relate to community resources in order to best serve clients
    • Knowledge and understanding of Indiana Medicaid, HIP 2.0, and Marketplace coverage highly preferred
    • Knowledge of social services and financial assistance programs a plus
