Fraud Prevention Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the detection, prevention, and mitigation of fraudulent transactions. Objectives
The Light House Human Resources Manager supports employees at the Homeless Prevention Support Center campus, as well as the social enterprise. This role is responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to the following: employment, recruitment, employee relations, compliance reporting, Visa processing (H1B), compensation/benefits, payroll and organizational development. Develop and drive creative HR initiatives and activities. Advise leadership on Human Resources policy and program matters.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
● A minimum of 7 years related HR experience, 5 years in a management role preferred
● Broad generalist background including coaching and counseling, performance management, employee engagement, as well as compensation and benefits
● Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations
● Experience in implementing and administering performance programs, preferably in a company that put strong emphasis on performance metrics
● Must have demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent, including creating and implementing recruitment strategies
● Non profit experience to include familiarity with billing/personnel hour keeping to federal and other grants
● Exceptional project and personnel management skills
● Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
● Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential
● Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team

The HR Manager will have an office onsite at the Homeless Prevention and Support Center campus. Travel as necessary to the Social Enterprise Restaurant is expected. This is not a remote position. The Homeless Prevention and Support Center is a residential and community facility. The successful candidate must be able to work in this fast-paced environment, and be able to manage interruptions to daily activities.
