Reviews and responds to suspected fraudulent service requests and identifies fraudulent transactions using various research methods. Being a Fraud Prevention Associate follows standard procedures to document a loss and prepares a summary and reconciliation. Communicates the status and resolution of the incident to the customer and/or bank. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Associate identifies areas that need increased security procedures or software to protect customer accounts. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. The Slitter Operator plays a crucial role in achieving production targets and maintaining product quality.
Essential Functions
Operate slitting machines following standard operating procedures to cut and process materials accurately and efficiently.
Set up slitting machines, including blade adjustments, tension control, and material alignment, to ensure proper functioning and production efficiency.
Perform regular quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards and specifications. Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
Safely handle and move materials using equipment such as forklifts, hoists, or hand tools to support the production process.
Perform routine blade changes, sharpening, and adjustments to ensure optimal cutting performance and minimize downtime.
Monitor production runs, inspect finished products, and identify and resolve any issues or abnormalities that may affect product quality or machine performance.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production counts, downtime, and any quality or machine-related issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks on slitting machines to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.
Position Qualifications
Education:
Forklift operator’s license. (Training Provided)
Experience:
Ability to operate a forklift and hand truck safely.
Utilize hand tools.
Ability to lift and move 55 lb. coils.
Utilize slitter knives.
