Fraud Detection Supervisor supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to detect possible customer fraud. Leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Being a Fraud Detection Supervisor researches, documents, and implements best practices in the industry with regard to fraud detection. Leads the most challenging and complex fraud investigations. Additionally, Fraud Detection Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Fraud Detection Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     The Technology Innovations Engineer position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services. Working under the guidance of the VP of Technology Innovations, your role will be to explore, prototype, and test applications leveraging the latest technological advancements. In addition, you will contribute to enhancing and refining existing applications and APIs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and meet our high standards of innovation and functionality. You will be at the forefront of identifying and experimenting with potential new features that can drive our business forward.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with the Technology Innovations team to brainstorm and identify new technology trends that could benefit our products and services.
    • Develop and prototype new applications or features using cutting-edge technologies.
    • Contribute and help maintain existing applications and APIs.
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of new concepts to assess their feasibility, performance, and potential impact on the market.
    • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure our innovations remain competitive.
    • Comply with continued learning requirements
    • Implement secure coding methodologies in software development processes
    • Understand and comply with all company Privacy and Security standards

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent amount of applicable technical experience.
      • Optional advanced degrees or certifications in emerging technologies a plus.
    • 5 years of software development experience
    • Experience with T-SQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
    • Proficient in C#, .NET Framework / .NET 6
      • Optional experience with: Python, Linux, or Docker a plus.
    • Experience with GIT source control.
    • Proven experience in developing applications using the latest technologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
    • Motivated to identify and implement solutions for assigned tasks.
    • Independently manages tasks with exceptional organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively and efficiently.
    • Solid understanding of the technology landscape, including current trends and potential future developments.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
    • Passion for technology and innovation, with a constant desire to learn and adapt.

    REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS
