Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Job Description:

I am looking for someone who is excited and ready to work. I need someone who wants to grow and be apart of a brand new company that is killing it. You will work directly with me and grow as we go.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knocking on doors in residential neighborhoods to offer mold testing services to homeowners.
• Engaging with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explaining the benefits of mold testing and addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
• Conducting on-the-spot sales presentations to persuade homeowners to purchase mold testing services.
• Collecting payment from customers and processing sales transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different neighborhoods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the home improvement or environmental services industry.
• Knowledge of mold and its effects on indoor air quality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, where you will earn 50% of the sale amount after expenses are deducted. On average, sales representatives earn between $140 and $200 per sale.
