Foundry Worker prepares, cleans and assembles molds for foundry. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Foundry Worker has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Foundry Worker works under immediate supervision. Provide care for children, such as setting schedules and routines, feeding, changing diapers, and cleaning room and toys.
Supervise and lead children in all daily activities, including play time, reading, art, and meal times.
Complete and implement lesson plans using a state approved curriculum, daily.
Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children learn basic skills and concepts, such as communication, manners, sharing, etc.
Maintain a safe learning environment by monitoring children's health and behavior (physical and emotional).
Strong communication skills. Must be able to communicate with parents and coworkers about children's needs.
Share the responsibility in the upkeep and care of the Day School. Help clean scheduled classroom, as well as common areas, such as the hallways.
Follow all policies and procedures set forth by administration.
Attend additional required trainings (online and in person). Must achieve 15 hours of training per year.
