Reporting to the Service Manager, a Service Technician performs mechanical maintenance and assembly adjustments on heavy construction, lift truck, road construction and aggregate mining equipment. The qualified service technician possesses hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting capability, is punctual and maintains a professional and respectful demeanor with both staff and customers.
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position and work is performed both in the shop and out in the field under varying temperatures and weather-related conditions. Typical shop hours are: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM but may vary by location. Technicians must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed to meet customer's needs.
