Job Opening: I am seeking a full-time forester for Gregg Forest Services, a consulting forestry
business in Southeastern Indiana.
Requirements:

• Must have taken Dendrology
• Forest Measurements
• Soils
• Forestry Summer Practicum
• Silviculture
• 2 or 4 year degree from SAF accredited college. B.S. Degree in Forestry would be great.

It would also be beneficial if the candidate has these qualifications: Desirable but not necessary.

• Pesticide License in Forest Applications
• Knows how to use a chainsaw
• Has some forest work experience
• I am looking for a hard-working graduate who is interested in doing forest management for private landowners.

Duties include:

• Timber marking
• Invasive species removal
• Timber stand improvement
• Forest inspections and inventories
• Forest stewardship plans
• Marking boundary lines
• Tree plantings and plantation maintenance
• Office work
• Prescribed burning

The primary counties Gregg Forest Services works in are Harrison, Clark, Floyd, Scott, Washington,
Jackson, Orange, Crawford, Perry, and Spencer in Indiana.
Full-time employee will be given 2 weeks of Paid Vacation the 1st year, and paid holidays.
