    Job Du ies :

    Assis and suppor he Dis ric Fores er in providing leadership o he dis ric s aff. In erface and facili a e rela ionships wi h s akeholders and governmen en i ies.

    Serve as a member of he projec managemen eam. Coordina e wi h dis ric fire s aff, func ional leads, and o her programs. Assis in he developmen and implemen a ion of guidelines and policy.

    Supervise fores ry echnicians and provide oversigh and guidance o fores ers. Assign and moni or asks, ensure quali y of produc s, and provide feedback.

    Procure equipmen and coordina e wi h flee and cache s aff. Provide raining and evalua e performance. Develop dis ric safe y cul ure.

    Selec ive Preference(s) :

    Bachelor's or gradua e degree in fores ry or a rela ed field. 3 years in fores ry or similar na ural resource managemen posi ions.

    1 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a fores ry or similar na ural resource managemen con ex . Relevan licenses and cer ifica ions including bu no limi ed o imber cruising cer ifica ions, herbicide applica or licenses, and GIS cer ifica ions.

    A valid Arizona Driver's License.
