    PRIMARY ROLE/GOAL:
    The primary role and goal of the Call Center Supervisor is to plan, organize, and direct the department in a way that helps increase program enrollments through outbound calling.

    WORK HOURS/BREAKS/REPORTING:

    The work hours for this position are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise pre-approved by the Project Director. This position carries with it a 30-minute unpaid meal break and two 15-minute paid rest breaks. Additional breaks may be required in accordance with local overtime laws. Working overtime as needed and as required by the Company is a requirement of the position. This position reports to the Project Director.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Increase enrollments for local programs through outbound calling efforts.
    • Set goals for performance and deadlines that comply with Company requirements.
    • Organizing workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and assigned tasks.
    • Monitor employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Coordinate efforts with external vendors.
    • Maintain a neat and organized workspace and take rest/lunch breaks as required.
    • Fill out all related Company reports and documents honestly and accurately.
    • Always use good judgement

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Ensure adherence to legal and Company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
    • Assign daily calling efforts to staff based on company needs.
    • Review and document department staff's personal performance on a daily and weekly basis
    • Hire and train new employees as needed.
    • Hold department meetings as needed.
    • Make outbound calls as needed.
    • Report any staffing needs or employment issues to management as needed.
    • Set department staff lunches and break schedules Approve (or deny) all staff schedules, staff.
    • breaks, and staff lunch periods
    • Solve problems as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
