PRIMARY ROLE/GOAL: The primary role and goal of the Call Center Supervisor is to plan, organize, and direct the department in a way that helps increase program enrollments through outbound calling.
WORK HOURS/BREAKS/REPORTING:
The work hours for this position are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise pre-approved by the Project Director. This position carries with it a 30-minute unpaid meal break and two 15-minute paid rest breaks. Additional breaks may be required in accordance with local overtime laws. Working overtime as needed and as required by the Company is a requirement of the position. This position reports to the Project Director.
